Zimbabwe is not a single result. It is a through-line. Long before the Chitungwiza Hub reached 155 teams, smaller cohorts were already proving the model, year after year, through currency crises and lockdowns.

Across two documented cohorts: 34 teams, 3,117 people served, $1,905 profit generated.
